The Marketing department at Lark Hotels is growing and seeking a Digital Content Manager to articulate our multiple brands to our guests, whether new or returning, across our websites and social presences. About The Opportunity Marketing at Lark Hotels is a tight team of generalists who take our mission very seriously. We are responsible for helping guests find and patronize our 50+ properties, and once there, make lasting memories. We work in close collaboration with our Revenue and Operations teams, as well as our on-site General Managers and Owners. We plan, execute, and optimize every marketing tactic from first awareness through to rabid loyalty. The Digital Content Manager is key to ensuring our guests find what they are looking for online through each of these stages. You will work with our Paid media team to make sure visitors have a great first impression of us from their first encounter. And you will work with our Owned media team to inspire them to make us their first choice for their next trip. You will maintain the right user experience and content across our entire portfolio of websites. You will study, test and optimize the interactions that help our guests find what they are looking for and book their stays with ease. And you will take this experience offsite to those places our guests today source a lot of their ideas – social media and other digital properties we own. LOCATION: • US-based. The role is remote, working from home, with some (<10%) traveling for on-site meetings and property visits. BENEFITS: • Work from home, flexible hours • Competitive salary and PTO • Health/dental/vision Responsibilities: • Directly manage and own the operability and uptime of our websites. • Prioritize and project manage all content, functionality, and code updates in collaboration with our web developer and social media efforts. • Lead the strategy of social media walls and regular posts in collaboration with the Marketing team and our branding agency. • Planned, sourced, and contribute to the visual and written content of social media channels, executed against approved posting calendars. Partner with our in-house teams and appropriate stakeholders to evaluate enhancements to our websites that remove friction from our online guest experience. Qualifications: • 2+ years of web design, site management, and/or web development experience. • 2+ years working with WordPress. • 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Experiments, and website optimization. • Demonstrable experience planning and executing highly creative social media programs. • Experience in the travel and hospitality or tourism industries is greatly preferred About Company: Lark Hotels is a premium hotel development and management company with a portfolio of 50+ branded boutique hotels and restaurants in high-profile destinations on the East Coast, as well as in Texas and California.
