By collaborating with our internal writers, content strategists, and designers, a Digital Marketer will identify how our customers are using our current products, gain insight on how to solve their problems with new solutions, and look for untapped opportunities and personas.

Product You’ll Focus On: Ramsey Trusted – free service that connects our customers with national and local providers who help them work the Baby Steps and win with money. These are the professionals that Dave and the whole Ramsey team trust to serve our customers well.

• You build out a customer journey that nurtures people through the marketing funnel
• You understand the problems our customers are facing and set priorities to help solve them
• You stay on top of marketing trends and applying key learnings to improve marketing results
• You leverage testing and optimization effectively to improve engagement and conversion rates
• You serve as a trusted member of the team with a positive attitude and passion for our customers

Skills Needed to Win:

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on a digital product (preferred)
• Experience developing product positioning and target markets
• 2+ years of experience using data-driven analytics
• 2+ years of using mobile measurement nd segmentation tools like AppsFlyer and Airship (or similar)
