We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with a proven track record in driving brand awareness using various digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Analyzing market trends, target audience, and competitor analysis to develop effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Online Advertising: Creating and managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as search engines (Google Ads), social media (LinkedIn), and industry advertisers. Optimizing campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Social Media Management: Developing and implementing social media strategies to build and maintain brand presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with the audience, and managing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Building and managing email marketing campaigns, including creating email lists, designing templates, writing compelling copy, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identifying opportunities to improve website usability, user experience, and conversion rates. Conducting A/B tests and implementing changes to optimize conversion funnels.

In addition to the core responsibilities, the Digital Marketer will keep up with the latest industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and emerging technologies. Continuously learning and adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, content writers, product management, and sales teams, to ensure consistent messaging and achieve marketing objectives. You should possess strong analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a good understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing best practices.


  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong digital skills in marketing channels and techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Previous experience working as a Digital Marketer.
  • Must be able to interpret and analyze data from various sources, such as website analytics, social media metrics, and advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or other analytics platforms is important to measure and optimize marketing efforts effectively.
  • Should have a creative mindset to develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for cross-functional team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the life sciences research and diagnostics industry
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is also valuable.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, videography and/or basic video editing.
