Our client is searching for a Process Engineer to oversee production and drive improvements in metals manufacturing operations. This role will have plenty of room to make the position your own – if you are interested in taking ownership in your work and making a tangible impact on a company, you have the mindset our client is looking for
- Work closely with lab personnel, testing metals composition to ensure manufacturability of customer products
- Oversee production, identifying areas to make process improvements and drive LEAN initiatives
- Develop and implement projects for automation of processes and equipment
- Assist in maintaining standards and regulations based on EPA requirements
- Act as technical advisor to sales staff to ensure solutions are being tailored to customer requirements

- 1+ year experience in an industrial or chemical manufacturing environment
- Familiar with ISO:9001 standards
- Experience working with raw materials, ideally metals
- Background working with automation is a plus
- Familiarity with standards for air quality emissions from materials manufacturing preferred
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
- Interested in taking initiative and having autonomy in their work – a lot of room to make this position your own
- Technical degree preferred

- Base salary $70,000-$80,000 depending on level of experience
- Eligible for annual bonus up to 10% based on company metrics
