The Process Engineer will facilitate overall production (KPIs: OEE, quality rates). It is important that they are familiar with LEAN manufacturing and CAD for process improvement. They will report to the Director of Operations.

  • Improve manufacturing/assembly work flows
  • Read blueprints, work on machines
  • Manual assembly and automated torque tools
  • Work on F-35 & HumV parts for military contracts
  • Help production achieve KPIs: OEE, quality rates

Leading pneumatic accessory supplier since 1943|5% bonus opportunity

  • 4-year engineering degree preferred
  • LEAN manufacturing background (Kaizen, 5S, VSM)
  • CAD (they use SolidWorks) doing layouts, part reviews
  • SOPs, BOMs, work instructions
  • CNC programming experience (g-code)
  • Work with vendors and contractors when fixing/upgrading equipment
  • PPAPs

Our client has been in business since 1943, leading the pneumatic accessory industry. They serve automotive, industrial, and agricultural repair operations (compressors, tools, air powered equipment). The headcount at this particular facility is about 100, and has 3 CNC lathes and over 1700 SKUs. They are currently looking to to bring on a Process Engineer to help lead the team.

  • $75,000 to $90,000
  • 5% bonus
  • 2 weeks vacation, 4 sick days
  • 401(k) match 3% and if you put 5% in you get 4% total match
