- Develop and implement robust quality control processes and systems to ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in conducting regular audits, inspections, and process validations to monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
- Analyze data and trends using SPC
- Create control plans and create PFMEAs
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, generate reports, and present findings to management for decision-making purposes

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
- Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as root cause analysis, 8D, and 5 Whys.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Experience completing control plans and pFMEAs
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technologies, preferably in electronics or electromechanical industries.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Competitive Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000
