Our platform offers a variety of courses and workshops led by an active pool of 30 experienced instructors who are experts in their field. The curriculum covers various topics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Computer Science, Node.js, Full-Stack, and more, to advance junior and mid-level developers’ careers to senior / lead developer roles. Frontend Masters courses provide comprehensive and practical education with hands-on coding exercises, interactive projects, and real-world applications.

Location: Hybrid – meetings and collaborative projects in downtown Minneapolis ~1-2 days per week. Fully remote applications may be considered for US-based applicants.

Reports to: CEO

Salary range: $120,000 – $160,000

You will in part:

Utilize data-driven insights to develop effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Create compelling and engaging content across various social media platforms, our website and apps, blog, and other marketing collateral.

Act as a storyteller for our brand, crafting narratives that resonate with our target audience and convey our unique value proposition.

Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize ROI.

You have experience:

As a marketer, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

Understanding digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and PPC advertising.

Using your strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your marketing strategies and tactics.

As an exceptional storyteller with content creation skills and a strong ability to engage and captivate audiences.

Using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

NOTES:

This is an individual contributor role and will not for the foreseeable future be a manager of people.

This is a hands on, creative role… you will be our agency.
