We are looking for a Social Media/Influencer Marketer who will be responsible for creating content for the company’s social media and web pages, besides, analyzing the online metrics. You will be sourcing and building a roster of macro and micro-influencers, checking Influencer Analytics to input into the trackers, and monitoring Influencer Live Campaigns daily.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Qualify influencers within niche communities on social platforms (# of Following, Engagement Rate, Feed Posts aligns with the brand’s mission, etc.)
  • Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting ( # of Outreach, Response Rate)
  • Templated outreach and contract coordination – client to provide templates
  • Escalating issues when appropriate regarding: influencer contract negotiation and/or influencer deliverables
  • Contract facilitation
  • Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
  • Support order fulfillment/logistics of getting products to influencers
  • Manage ongoing influencer campaigns (review content posted if within the guidelines)
  • Quality assurance on influencer content and airchecks prior to content going live (first pass at content review before client)
  • Gather content performance metrics directly from the influencers and import them into tracking spreadsheets (total impressions, story views, engagements, etc.)

The Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following:

  • 2+ years of organic social media experience (executing content calendar, community engagement/comms, etc.) using industry-standard tools (Hootsuite, Social Sprout, etc.)
  • Experience with G Suite is a must-have
  • Experience with content creation/moderation (any experience with AI is a bonus!)
  • Can work on a graveyard shift, particularly in Eastern Time Zone.

It would be nice if the candidate also has the following:

  • Basic creative edits in Canva (i.e. resizing, overlays) – client to provide brand guidelines and existing creative assets to iterate off
  • Experience and/or passion for health and/or healthcare (Chinese medicine a BIG plus)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and/or manually building email workflows
