BSD is looking for a Software Developer. One who is responsible for planning and designing new Automations in the DevSecOps area. He / She will document all development activity and being team focused, they will work closely with senior engineers daily to understand the ecosystem and provide efficient solutions.

What You Will Learn:

Extensive planning and designing new Automations in the DevSecOps area.

Partnership and teamwork with collaborators at all levels of the Comcast organization.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong understanding of Python

Good working knowledge of CI CD tools – Jenkins, Concourse etc.

Solid understanding of Ansible

Proficiency in Shell and PowerShell Scripting

Understanding of MySQL/ Postgres or other database systems

Produce technical designs and documentation; and participate in knowledge sharing sessions

Others nice to have:

Knowledge on AWS / other cloud platforms

Good knowledge on Python flask

Grafana

Prometheus

Elastic (ELK)

Dockers

Kubernetes

Working in Agile environment with Agile team and participate in daily standups

Work with architects, developers and OPS members throughout the organization to find opportunities for using automation.
