Title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Machining- Product Delivery Process (PDP) – 102266
Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position
This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Machining- Product Delivery Process (PDP) for Waterloo Works you will:
- Collaborate with Design and Components Manufacturing teams to ensure successful introduction of manufactured parts for PDP programs and Model Year Updates.
- Assist manufacturing engineering with design and cost of tools to implement manufacturing processes for new parts introduced to the business.
- Establish new product manufacturing schedules to meet builds for Feasibility, Durability and Limited Production Builds for PDP programs.
- Provide leadership and develop others in regard to machining practices, process development and quality control techniques for new product introductions.

What Skills You Need
- 5 or more years experience working in a manufacturing engineering role related to machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete multiple, concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated experience with developing others in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office(Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a shop floor environment.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Detailed knowledge of tooling and complex tooling systems for machining complex castings.
- Experience with blueprint reading and GD&T and the relationship this has with designing for manufacturability.
- Knowledge and use of SAP business software.
- Experience with interpreting Coordinate Measurement Machine results and resolving issues within a program or within a machining process.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Technology or Manufacturing, Mechanical, Agricultural or Industrial Engineering
