The Marketing Sales Enablement Marketer Sr helps drive the creation of and strategic use of sales enablement materials for the entire sales force- inside, outside, and client relations. This marketer reports directly to the Supervisor of ABM and Sales Enablement and works closely with the marketing and sales teams. They will be responsible for enablement strategy execution, campaign planning and ongoing support for ABM and sales enablement efforts to drive revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners with the team to develop the content vision and strategic content initiatives for sales enablement materials
  • Conceptualizes content and builds campaign plans that the sales teams will utilize to generate revenue
  • Execute, optimize, and manage content in Seismic and Bynder for the sales teams to utilize
  • Collaborates with sales training and sales leadership to generate ideas for future content and maintain brand consistency
  • Oversee strategic enablement initiatives to help the sales teams win business
  • Establish programs to that support the sales teams processes and drive revenue
  • Use audience insights, data and analytics tools to inform and update sales enablement strategy
  • Track and report KPIs related to sales enablement efforts
  • Manage creative development, including working with writers, video producers, designers and developers to fulfill content pieces
  • Work across the marketing department with various tactic owners to support campaigns, report on performance and determine next steps for sales teams
  • Collaborate on sales gifting store, sales rep budgets and gifting executions
  • Optimize existing processes to enhance performance
  • Collaborate with sales on account strategies to win business
  • Administrative assistance for sales rep questions on content, budget, store, etc.

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, sales or related field

Experience:

  • 5+ years in corporate and/or B2B marketing or sales

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Previous experience creating marketing assets or content strategy
  • Previous experience with sales enablement
  • Previous experience with account-based marketing
  • Previous experience with HR-related subject matter, SaaS-related experience

  • Strategic thinker. You are able to think strategically, but you also demonstrate a healthy balance of creative, editorial and technical skills.
  • Driven and organized. Able to manage own workflow while coordinating with marketing and sales teams for management of schedules, requirements, goals and assignments as needed.
  • Team player. You have strong interpersonal skills, but can also work well independently. You collaborate and brainstorm with your marketing coworkers often. You also manage sales rep relationships well.
  • Excellent storyteller and communicator. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have an easy time communicating a plan to coworkers.
  • Nimble and dependable. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and displays a dependable, strong work ethic. You’re also able to handle a number of high priority projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Project Manager. You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
