About the role:

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be joining one of our Agile Scrum teams responsible for developing web-based versions of our core applications as well as identifying opportunities to trial and deploy new applications and tools. You will use your full stack software engineering experience to develop a mix of custom and third-party solutions to help us maintain our leadership position in transportation technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate on a cross functional agile team to develop software solutions that meet customer needs
  • Building solutions across the full stack; Web, front-end, back-end, and database
  • Design and develop hybrid, on-prem and cloud-based solutions
  • Participate and lead in the full SDLC, including technical research, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement APIs and web based applications
  • Actively participate and lead architectural design sessions
  • Building industry leading solutions to help support rapid growth of our business

What you need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience in SQL Server, .NET, and C# framework
  • 5+ years of experience with Web Services, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), JSON, XML, REST Technologies
  • Experience with Automation as a Code, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes, Bitbucket, Jenkins, ServiceNow
  • Experience with code management technologies like Github and modern code management practices
  • Microsoft Azure and cloud technology experience is a plus
  • Extensive experience with horizontally scalable and highly available system design and implementation, with focus on performance and resiliency
  • Willingness to commit extra effort to meet deadlines as required on a high profile and business critical project
